IT management software solutions vendor Ivanti has entered into an agreement with Tritanium, a consortium of resellers and professional services partners in Southeast Asia, to deliver cross-border design, implementation, services and training for Ivanti solutions.
The consortium offers customers a single point of contact for professional services across the region without multiple agreements or contracts, spanning Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore.
“As we continue to expand our reach throughout Asia, it is important to enable the services and support that our customers need, with cross-country simplicity," said Jerry Tng, vice president at Ivanti APAC.
“By partnering with Tritanium, we are able to offer world-class consulting services, including implementation and deployment, as well as Ivanti-certified education and training for our valued customers in the Southeast Asia region,” added Tng.
Consortium members include several of the region’s qualified solution and services partners including Crossroad Solution Consulting; Impact Business Solutions; Innovads; and PT Jesem Solusi.
Each of these organisations are existing partners of Ivanti, joining the company's partner ecosystem following the Ivanti acquisition of Heat Software in January 2017.
