Hitachi Solutions Philippines has received global recognition after being named a finalist in the 2019 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Award.
The technology provider was honoured among a worldwide line-up of leading Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.

As revealed by Channel Asia, awards were presented in several categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 2,900 entrants from 115 countries worldwide.
Hitachi Solutions Philippines was recognised for providing “outstanding solutions and services” in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.
Specifically, the award recognises partners that have helped customers solve a business problem, win more customers, deliver better customer service, or achieve another business goal with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.
