Singapore-based Total eBiz Solutions has launched operations in Australia, as part of plans to capitalise on increased demand for digital technologies and solutions.
To drive such growth, the business has tasked Satyarth Mishra with leading the expansion into the key markets of Sydney and Melbourne.
“Australia is a forward looking and mature market from a technology adoption perspective,” said Bijjala Radhakrishna, CEO of Total eBiz Solutions. “Australian companies want to transform digitally and we think we have the right products and solutions to meet the digital demands of the Australian market.
“We are having some good conversations with Australian customers on their specific needs around automation and artificial intelligence. Recently crowned as a leading Microsoft partner in Singapore, Total eBiz Solutions specialises in the deployment of digital offerings, with a core focus on cloud, mobility and managed security.
Other key areas of expertise include customer relationship management (CRM), robotic process automation (RPA) and real-time analytics, leveraging vendor partnerships with Microsoft, ServiceNow and Nintex among others.
“Our value proposition is going to be in the quality of the deliverables, which is an inherit advantage of being a Singapore company,” Radhakrishna added. “The proximity to Australia to be a near-shore delivery hub will attract Australian companies to engage our services and solutions.
“Connectivity between the two countries and familiarity also plays an important role in developing business relationships. We are focussing on Sydney and Melbourne and on the banking, financial services and insurance market segments.
“We have accelerators and frameworks built by serving similar market segments here in Singapore. We would like to take advantage of these solution accelerators when talking to Australian companies.”
Total eBiz Solutions enters the Australian market with strong Microsoft heritage, having claimed awards for the past three years in a row within the Singapore ecosystem.
“We have a close relationships with the Microsoft team in Singapore and they have introduced us to our Australian counterparts,” Radhakrishna explained. “This has helped us to establish the relationship here in Australia.
“We are working with Microsoft sellers and partner managers on account planning and bringing their products to customers more closely.”
According to Radhakrishna, Microsoft’s deep-rooted connections within the enterprise space will help the business expand reach into key customers, in a “mutually beneficial” partnership.
“We have hired an industry veteran in Satyarth who is local and has over 20 years of experience selling to Australian customers,” Radhakrishna said. “He will be face of Total eBiz Solutions in Australia. We believe in having local connections. We are also looking for solution sellers with good connections on the ground.”
In looking ahead, Radhakrishna said the technology provider has “reasonable ambitions” in 2019, centred around the aim of establishing Total eBiz Solutions as a leading local partner in Australia.
“We are in Australia for long-haul,” he confirmed. “We are going to invest and commit to reap the benefits of digital growth in Australia.”
