Wilmar overhauls digital processes through CenturyLink and SAP

CenturyLink has partnered with Wilmar Consulting Services to overhaul the digital operations of Wilmar International through the deployment of SAP technologies.
The alliance will see the Asian agri-business leverage SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) to leverage real-time analytical capabilities.

Headquartered in Singapore, Wilmar is one of the largest listed companies by market capitalisation on the Singapore Exchange.
The corporation specialises in oil palm cultivation, oilseed crushing, edible oils refining, sugar milling and refining, in addition to manufacturing of consumer products, specialty fats, oleochemicals, biodiesel and fertilisers as well as flour and rice milling.
Furthermore, the business has over 500 manufacturing plants and a distribution network covering China, India, Indonesia and some 50 other countries and regions, housing a workforce of over 90,000 employees.
