Andrea Della Mattea - Speaker

Andrea Della Mattea leads Microsoft’s commercial and consumer products, services and support business across the region, including Bangladesh, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

Reporting to Ralph Haupter, president of Microsoft Asia, Andrea oversees more than 2,000 employees and 11,000 Microsoft certified partners who are helping customers accelerate their digital transformation journeys at a time when the Asia Pacific region is embracing cloud, mobile and big data technologies.

She joined Microsoft from Insight Enterprises after more than a decade in senior leadership roles, including in Sydney as its Asia Pacific Managing Director, and in the United States where she led the North American and APAC Software business.

Vicki Batka leads Cisco’s Partner Organization in APJC, a role where she is responsible for developing and enabling the growth strategy of Cisco’s partner ecosystem, to deliver value to customers. She leads a team which collaborates with close to 20,000 partners in APJC to drive simplicity, ensure alignment and create value exchange for our customers, while working with the Global Partner Organization to successfully scale global channel models across the region.

Chong-Win Lee is CEO of Asia at Logicalis Group, with responsibility for all subsidiaries in Asia, spanning Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, with over 600 employees. Lee works closely with Logicalis’ country managers, to shape and accelerate the growth strategy across the region.

Lee has 20 years of sales leadership and general management experience in the industry, having recently been vice president and managing director for the Telecom and Technology division for the Asia Pacific and Japan region within NCR Corporation.

Pamela Lim - Panelist

Snr Director, APJ Channel Strategy & Programs, Dell Technologies

Pamela Lim leads the Channel Strategy & Programs of Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region for Dell Technologies. She is responsible for the globally aligned and regionally implemented Channel Strategy and Programs across the APJ region.

Pamela has been with Dell for 17 years and has held various leadership positions in Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Channels Programs, Channels Enablement and Channels Training. In that 17 years with Dell, Pamela has been recognized for her Top Sales Performance, Team Player Sportsmanship and Excellence in Program Strategy & Implementation. She is also known to be a caring people manager who excels in People Relationship.

Pamela is a passionate leader who not only believes in doing her very best in all things big and small but also having fun along the way as she believes happy campers learn, achieves and progress much. She is also well known for being a hands-on leader who does not shy away from addressing challenges or walking the ground whenever her time permits. She is a mentor and an informal coach to several female leaders, both in and outside of Dell.

Susan holds unparalleled knowledge and expertise of the tech industry accumulated over her 30 years working in tech media.

During her career with leading international media giant, IDG Communications, Susan has launched over 70 publications, websites and events.

She is passionate about the tech industry and creating communities to drive success.

Her leadership in the industry gained her a place in the Industry Hall of Fame in 2016.
