AVG Technologies Announced as a 2014 Online Trust Alliance Honour Roll Recipient

The website of AVG Technologies has been named by the Online Trust Alliance on its 2014 Australia and New Zealand Honour Roll for security and privacy best practice.

The Online Trust Alliance, a non-profit organisation with the mission to enhance online trust and innovation, announced the results of its 2014 Audit of 150 regional consumer and government websites today.

Of that 150, only 14 percent (21 companies including AVG) made the ANZ Honour Roll of most trustworthy websites assessed across three categories: Domain, Brand and Consumer Protection; Data Protection, Privacy and Transparency; and Site, Server and Infrastructure Security.
